Return and Refund Policy

While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes, things happen. However, we do want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and our service.

Custom engraved items are not eligable for refunds.
Replacement of product at a discount or in full will be at the discression of Illinois Laser.
All products must be returned to Illinois Laser for inspection prior to consideration of replacement.
Shipping cost will be at the customers expense for return to Illinois Laser. If a replacment is agreed upon, we will cover shipping cost back to you.
Depending on the product that will be replaced it could take up to 14 days before item is shipped back to the customer.
